Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Pale Jack account — and the data associated with it — directly inside the game, on any platform (web at palejack.com, or the iOS beta build).

How to delete your account in the game

1. Open Pale Jack and make sure you are signed in.
2. Open Your Seat (the account screen).
3. At the bottom, tap Delete account…
4. Read the confirmation, type DELETE, and tap DELETE FOREVER.
5. You may be asked to sign in again first — a standard security check before a permanent deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (Google or phone link) — removed from our authentication system.
• Your cloud save — the copy of your progress that synced between devices.
• Your daily-leaderboard entries — your seats (first name, result, replay code) on past Tonight’s Hand boards.

What is not deleted

• Local progress on your device. The game is offline-first; everything on the device you’re holding stays until you clear the site’s data or uninstall the app.
• Beta access / TestFlight enrollment. The closed beta’s TestFlight invitation lives in Apple’s system, separate from your game account, so deleting the account leaves it standing. To be removed from the beta as well, email [email protected].
• Aggregated analytics. Anonymous usage statistics that are not linked back to your account (see the Privacy Policy).

Can’t access the game?

If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

The table keeps what it’s given, and nothing more.
